Resident. Fairly common in the southern half of Britain, becoming more
local further north.
Montgomeryshire Status
First recorded in 2016 at Llanymynech Rocks in the north-east of the
county.

Lifestage data
Eggs laid singly on foodplant. Larva feed in stems, later in spun
leaves. Pupates in a white cocoon in the litter. |
